Angels Ice Cream in Oahu

The pineapple soft serve is really good and the banana ice cream was tasty. They serve a shaved ice with beans and if you get ice cream with it, it's actually pretty good.

Delicious shave ice and ice cream! I can see why this place is so popular, it is a must visit if you are in the area. I tried the Angel's Halo with Ice cream. The shave ice is so soft and fluffy. It just literally melts in your mouth. There is a lot of flavors to try and a lot of options on the menu for everyone. The small size is very big and I was able to share it and was still satisfied. $5.75 for the Angel Halo with ice cream.

Very good shaved ice. Since the ice is smooth (not course like other stores) and compact, it’s a delight to eat. A myriad of flavours to choose from. One can create a rainbow 🌈 from the choices of flavours. Worthy of another visit.

The service was fast and friendly, the shave ice was good. (It was even better with the sweetened condensed milk on top!) And prices were very reasonable. I'll be back before I leave Laie!

Gorgeous, delicious and moreish ice cream - we were only in town one night but wish we were there longer because of this ice creamery!! You can try as many flavours as you want (and you’ll want to!) and we ended up getting two scoops because we couldn’t choose. Super tasty, dreaming about it still 🤤

Awesome shave ice and flavors, ube ice cream is phenomenal.

The portion sizes are huge - they don’t skimp!! Completely worth the money. Be prepared that the “regular” scoop sizes are LARGE. And the small sundae is almost a half gallon container. Service was great too.

Large selection from shakes, smoothies to ice cream and shave ice. A little on the pricey side but everything we got was good and service was helpful and friendly

The ice cream is good and the shave ice is awesome! I like it more than Matsumoto's but maybe that is because of the Angel's Halo? Yum! Popping bobas are fun on it too. :)Their banana boat is delicious! The prices are a bit high

First thing about this place... it's like "a hole in the wall" so it's good and feels good!Not that hype fancy with huge line that you're use to in Hawaii!The workers are nice and friendly and will always smile (: I tried the Angel's Halo with Ice cream. Angel and her family are amazing people. They make the best shave ice I’ve ever tasted and are some of the most friendly people! I HIGHLY recommend this ice cream place!

I love this place so much!!! Every time I go to Hawaii I visit!!! My sister tells me it’s Obama’s favorite shaved ice cream place as well, so you know it’s good!! The ladies who always help us are very attentive, kind, and helpful!! You can get whatever you want there for an affordable price!! This will always be my favorite shaved ice place in Hawaii❤️❤️❤️I pray many blessings for them keep up the good work!! Thank you for being nice to us!!

Nice place for bubble tea, ice cream and an assortment of smoothies. Had the frozen coffee and is was ono.

Four stars instead of three because of their super friendly service, but way too much syrup. Only 2-3⭐️ for the syrup soup they sold me as a shave ice bowl. They are more generous with the ice cream than most places, but for some reason they’re pretty stingy with the beans. Overall it’s ok, just ask them to go light on the syrup. They haven’t quite perfected the art of shave ice like Aoki’s or Matsumoto’s.

Angels has fantastic shave ice and a lot of additional options. They have a big menu and everything they do, they do it well. Their service is fast and friendly and they can handle big parties easily. The Angel's Halo (shave ice, condensed milk, whipped cream) with ice cream is truly great, and their acai bowl is as well. We love stopping by here after a day at Hukilau Beach.

I love Aunty Angel's shave ice bowl with mochi toppings. I currently reside in Utah and its snowing atm. It would be amazing treat to have it right now.

Just visited this place for the first time and was very satisfied with the service and product. I ordered a mango and pineapple fruit shake and I highly recommend it!

I come once a year to Laie and Angels is THE place to get shave ice. Mango, passion fruit and guava is the best. Great service, friendly staff, no lines. This is the hidden gem of Oahu.

My absolute favorite place to get halo shave ice. Ice cream, shave ice (my fave flavors.. guava, mango, pineapple) condensed milk! Mmmmm... So so good! Last time I was here was 10 years ago. And it did not disappoint 🤙🏾 still on point ❤️

Oh we love this place. Everything we've ever gotten is great. We love sitting outside under the umbrellas and watching the chickens while we have our creamy shave ice. Our favorite is Tigers blood with cream and whipped cream on top. Customer service was great as well.

This is one of my favorite stops when we head up to the North Shore. People back home just have no idea what they are missing with "snow cones" . This cute little place is tucked away in a strip mall so you have to look for it. But it is well worth it! We always get Angel's Halo! The ice cream is delicious!!

Should I stop? Is it worth throwing my calories for the day? Both are good questions I ask myself each time I drive past this joint to/from a day on the North Shore. And I never regret when my decision is ‘yes.’ The staff is local and always smiling and the ice cream is good enough that you can forgive the tough parking and cramped restaurant quarters. Overall, this place won’t change your life, but it’ll put a smile on your face and is good enough that you’ll think back on it fondly the next day.

Reasonable price towards the high side. Lot's of options. Love it, highly recommended
